1. Free Tier Services

UnmarkPro provides its client-side optical reconstruction, AI detection, AI text humanization, and metadata sanitization utilities at no cost to end users. You do not need to register, enter billing details, or commit to any financial obligation to use the website.

2. Voluntary Creator Support & Pro Upgrades

If you choose to support UnmarkPro through optional voluntary tips, creator donations, or purchase future optional premium features (such as bulk enterprise API access):

  • 14-Day Refund Guarantee: If you made an accidental payment or are dissatisfied with a voluntary contribution or purchase, you may request a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of transaction date.
  • How to Request a Refund: Email our support team at support@unmarkpro.pages.dev with your payment transaction ID or receipt.
  • Processing Timeframe: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Services

If any optional recurring subscription is offered in the future:

  • You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your self-service account dashboard or by notifying support.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period without further automatic charges.

4. Payment Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We encourage users to contact our support team first to resolve any billing questions or issues before filing a bank dispute or credit card chargeback. Our team is committed to resolving billing inquiries cooperatively and expeditiously.
